GENERAL ADMINISTRAITON AND RULES

Students must be punctual and they are expected to keep up the good name said of Pharmacy/Homeopathic/Computer Application/Education College by their  good  work and behavior. They are also expected to give special attention to discipline, attendance, cleanliness and courtesy.

WHAT THE STUDENTS MUST  KNOW.

 Ragging of student is a serious and criminal offense under the Supreme Court directives. Students found harassing their juniors will be strictly dealt with any complaint regarding shall be transferred to the police and alleged student shall be suspended immediately from the college.

Habitual absenteeism, idleness, disobedience are injurious to the moral tone of the college and are sufficient reason for the dismissal of student. Washable white over coat (aprons) are to be procured by the candidates themselves. They will not be permitted to enter the laboratories and college campus without wearing them (applicable for students.  Forbidden to form any political and to form any affiliation and association in the campus or outside. Students associated in such activities will be expelled once. Students are liable to pay for all the damages caused by them to books, furniture and all other goods.

College fee installments must be paid in fully by the date declared by the institution. Student whose fees is not paid on the due date will be not be permitted to attend any class, lectures, clinics or programmers until they have been  fully paid their outstanding dues.

Every stand will be required to obtain a no dues certificate from the account section’ office, library, labs, sports, and concerned department and submit it  to the principal before the university examination every year/semester failing which the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the examination.last

No member of the college staff should indulge in private tuition to the students of the college without prior permission of the Director/Principal

                                                                                                           ATTENDANCE

Only those candidates who have regularly and satisfactorily undergone the course of study by attending not less than 75% of class held in theory and practical separately in each subject shall be eligible for appearing in the Main / Annual Examinations.

Leaves other than vacation will not be ordinarily granted to the student during the College Session. In exceptional cases leave is admissible only with the prior written permission of the Principal. This leave granted duly, however, cannot be granted as excuse of not having minimum attendance requirements as per the University Ordinance.

As per rule of ordinance No.7 of MPVV Adhiniyam 1973, if a student is to, found guilty of breach of discipline or violation of code of conduct with in ," the precincts of institution the Principal may according to nature and gravity of the offence, punish the student.

                                                                              IDENTIY CARD

Identity card is a must for all the  students , books will not issued from the library  unless the student produced identify card to the the produced identity card to the Librarian. The identity card should be returned to the office when the student finally leaves the institute

 RESOURCE SHARING AND EXPERT LECTURES

The institution is continuously moving forward to share the resources with other institutions, as well as to utilize fully its own resources for benefit of the staff and student. Academic lectures by experts from higher institute of learning and prominent industries are continuously arranged.

HOSTEL  FACILITY  AND RULES

·        Candidate who are interested in residing at hostel may get admission by filling up prescribed Hostel Admission Form. The Warden will make hostel allotment in single, double or more badded room, as and when available.

·        The institution provides separate hostel facilities for girl candidates. Hostel will be required to follow the rules and regulations of the hostel strictly.

·        Every student residing in the hostel must join the co-operative mess attached to the hostel.

·        The cost of the food including the pay of mess servants is to be met by the student themselves. The responsibility for clearing the mess dues/advances in time lies with the parents/guardian of the student.

·        Every inmate of hostel is required to perform the honorary duties in the cooperative mess   the hostel as member of the hostel committee whenever required. These duties are assigned by rotation of inmates of the hostel The students are responsible to watch and keep a check on the mess account

·        Each student shall use only electric Bulb and Fan for use of other electric appliances prior permission of the Warden is necessary. Use of all unauthorized electric appliances is strictly prohibited and these will be confiscated.

·        Students shall not remain absent from their hostel during the night between 10 pm to 5 am without the prior permission of Warden.

·        Visitors are not permitted to stay in the hostel after 8.00 p.m. and the guests of the student are not allowed to stay in the hostel except with the prior permission of Warden and under no circumstances for more than two days.

·        The Warden or any authority member of the College staff can inspect the room of any student at any time.

·        Room furniture, electric fitting etc. are required to be maintained by the students in a good condition.

·        Damaged/stolen items of furniture, fittings, utensils, mess crockery etc. will be replaced.

·        No notice from the hostel will be displayed on college hostel notice board without the counter signature of Warden.

·        If any student leaves the hostel in the mid of a session without sufficient reason, hostel fees shall not be refunded or adjusted.
